Is there warranty on your products?

All our products come with a warranty covering functional defects and failures during normal use.

How to register for warranty?

No registration or invoice is needed for warranty claims. Your order history serves as proof of purchase, as all claims are processed in-house.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the specific product listing for details on warranty length.

What is the return policy?

For purchases made on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop, returns are processed by the respective marketplace. For Carousell purchases, we offer exchanges for defective products within the warranty period. Simply contact us via Carousell chat for assistance.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for purchases on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are handled by those platforms. For Carousell, we only offer exchanges for defective products and do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Order and Fulfilment

How long does shipping take?

For purchases made on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop, shipping typically takes 1-3 working days. For Carousell orders, we ship via J&T Express (1-3 working days) or Lalamove (same-day).

How can I contact support?

If you need assistance, our support team is readily available to help. For the fastest service, please contact us through the platform where you made your purchase. You can also reach us via email at support@daytechsg.com. Our team is available during regular working hours and on weekends to address your concerns. Do note that responses may take longer on weekends and public holidays.

Can I test the products before buying?

We do not offer demo units as our warehouse isn’t a retail store. However, all items are brand new and covered by our in-house warranty, ensuring support if any issues arise after purchase.

Is there an option for self-collection?

Yes, you can collect your order from our Yishun warehouse at 50 Gambas Crescent, Proxima@Gambas, #08-20, S757022. No appointment is necessary. We are open 10am-6pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and 10am-1pm on Saturdays.

What are the available payment methods?

For Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, payment provided by the respective platforms. For Carousell orders, we accept PayNow, PayLah, Atome or Bank Transfer.

Can an invoice be issued?

While invoices are not required for warranty claims, we can issue one upon request.

Can I make bulk or corporate purchases?

Yes, we offer preferential rates for bulk or corporate orders. Please contact us at support@daytechsg.com for more details.

Can you ship overseas?

We primarily serve customers within Singapore. International shipping is available, subject to additional courier fees. Please note that our warranty support is only available within Singapore.

Are your products authentic?

DayTech does not sell counterfeit products.
